FAQ's
Payment: We will just need a small deposit of £25 per person to book all the relevant activities and hotel.  We will need to know final number and names 6 weeks before the event, at which time we will need to collect you balance payments

Personalised Website: Your personalised website will be activated within 24 hours of booking.  We will let you know the address once everything has been set up.  You should then make sure everyone in the group knows how to access this site as it will give full details of your itinerary, including any transportation booked, activities and locations.

Travel Arrangements:  If you would like us to arrange transportation for your weekend, you will be able to add this once you have added the details below to your suitcase.  This includes flights if you have chosen a European weekend, or mini-bus or coach if you are staying in the UK

Accommodation: We cannot say which hotel it will be before booking since we use many different hotels as we need access to a number of different rooms. Occasionally we will use two star hotels in busy locations such as seaside resorts during peak months. We will advise you of your hotel within 24 hours of booking.
